1. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing our website, submitting inquiries, requesting quotations and placing orders with us, you agree to abide by all terms listed below. If you disagree with any clause, please do not use our website or place any order.

2. Product Description & Independent Sales

Our products include customized mobile houses, electric sightseeing carts, SPC flooring and leisure shelters. All items are sold separately, without any mandatory bundle sales.
All pictures, sizes, colors and parameters displayed on the website are for reference only; the final product details shall follow the confirmed drawing and Proforma Invoice (PI) signed by both parties.

3. Customization Rules

We support customized size, layout, exterior color, brand logo, internal fittings and circuit configuration according to your local market standards.
All custom plans, drawings and costs need full written confirmation before production starts. Once production begins, adjustment requests will generate extra fees and extended lead time, and cannot be cancelled freely.

4. Payment Terms

Our primary payment method is T/T (Telegraphic Transfer). Specific deposit ratio, balance payment time and total amount will be clearly stated in the official PI. Orders will not be arranged until the deposit is received.

5. Shipping & Delivery Liability

By mutual written agreement, we provide three official logistics terms: FOB, CIF and DDP, matching the options listed on our inquiry page. We issue full set of shipping and customs documents as confirmed in your formal Proforma Invoice (PI).
Production lead time depends on customized requirements; transit time varies by destination country and port.

Responsibility Division for Each Logistics Term

1. FOB (Free On Board)
We finish domestic inland transportation to China’s major ports and complete all China export customs clearance procedures. Once goods are loaded onto the vessel at departure port, all ocean freight, overseas transportation risks, destination import customs clearance, local port charges and last-mile delivery fees shall be fully undertaken by Buyer.

2. CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight)
We cover product cost, ocean freight and basic marine insurance, complete China export customs clearance, and deliver goods to your destination port. Buyer is responsible for destination port import customs clearance, import duties, local port fees and local delivery expenses after goods arrive.

3. DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
We provide one-stop full logistics service: China export customs clearance, overseas port customs clearance, duty & tax settlement, and final trucking delivery to your designated address locally.

Unclaimed Goods Charges Rule

If Buyer fails to pick up goods at destination port or receiving address due to personal reasons after goods arrival, all incurred detention fees, warehouse storage fees and related penalties shall be borne solely by Buyer. Ocean freight is only included in the order cost under CIF and DDP quotations, and we will never charge ocean freight repeatedly for detained goods.

Payment Rule

Full balance payment must be settled by Buyer before goods depart from China loading port, which is clearly stated in PI and sales contract; shipment will only be arranged after we confirm receipt of full balance payment.

6. After-sales & Return & Exchange Policy

All customized large-sized goods DO NOT support unreasonable return, exchange, order cancellation after production arrangement, including but not limited to changed plan, budget adjustment, subjective dissatisfaction with appearance and size.
After-sales service is only available for verified manufacturing quality defects from our side. Our solutions include sending free spare parts by international courier and remote online technical guidance. We will NOT arrange ocean shipment to return finished goods back to China under any circumstances.

7. Certification & Production Explanation

We cooperate with qualified certified manufacturers for production processing. Products can be equipped with certificates such as CE to meet overseas market requirements upon request.

8. Intellectual Property

All texts, pictures, logos and design works on this website are our intellectual property. Unauthorized copying, reproduction and commercial use are prohibited without our written permission.

9. Website Usage Right

We reserve the right to modify these service terms without prior notice; updated clauses will take effect once published on this page.
